These are our tutors and mentors who are all Oxbridge graduates with extensive experience in private education. They are reliable, mature, and comfortable working with families of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Professional Standards & Confidentiality

Our tutors and mentors understand the importance of delivering our service in a confidential manner. Prior to being offered a position, they are asked to sign our Code of Conduct and Non-Disclosure Agreement. This gives our clients the assurance that their confidentiality is respected and that our services are delivered to the highest professional standard. 

 

Recruitment

For those who are interested in becoming tutors and/or mentors, our recruitment process is outlined below.

  1. Apply: an applicant submits their CV and a short biography.

  2. Interview: suitable candidates are invited to interview

  3. Background screening: those who are successful at interview, are asked to provide an enhanced DBS certificate, two professional references and one academic reference.

  4. Offer: those who pass our background screening process will be placed on our books and offered suitable roles.

Tutors & Mentors

interns

We offer a select number of internships, four to eight weeks in length, in copywriting and business development, to those with an interest in the education sector.
